General Terms:

• Up to 2 additional companies may be added beyond the main company. The cost for each additional company is 100 NIS per month.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that, for each company listed in the order, the primary and secondary currencies are opened according to their request before starting work in the system.

Important: Priority Software will not be held responsible for correcting journal entries entered with the wrong currency due to the customer's failure to verify this prior to using the system.

• Prices do not include VAT.

• Subscription payments will be linked to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), based on the most recent index available at the time of signing this document.

• All terms and conditions of the Cloud Services Agreement for Priority software also apply to the addition of companies under the SaaS service

In this option, the company will be created with the same currency settings as the company from which you are requesting the copy.

Please note: This option involves duplicating an existing company, including all journal entries.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the primary and secondary currencies are opened according to their request for each company listed in the order before starting work on the system
