Please use this form to submit a request for changes to your company’s current package. This includes reducing the number of licenses, modules, or products, or any other modifications needed for your subscription.

How the change request is performed?

  • These licenses/modules will be removed from the system content, and the annual service price will be reduced accordingly.
  • The cessation of payment for this component will begin from the next billing period.
  • The annual service price will be linked to the consumer price index, with the base index being the one known at the time of purchase.
