Use this form to transfer service rights between authorized Priority service partners.

This form is intended for a customer who wishes to transfer service between authorized Priority  service providers. To begin the process, we would appreciate it if you could fill in the partner and customer details in the fields provided below.

Important:

  • For the Customers, who purchased a subscription  - Service transition can be performed once per quarter. You must notify the current service provider of the termination of service at least 30 days in advance before the start of a quarter or according to the agreement between the parties, whichever is earlier.
  • For the Customers, who purchased a perpetual license - Service transition can be performed once per half-year. You must notify the current service provider of the termination of service at least 60 days in advance before the start of a half-year or according to the agreement between the parties, whichever is earlier.
  • The customer has to settle any financial or contractual obligations with the current service provider before transitioning the service to the new provider.

Submitting this form does not constitute approval for the actual service transition.

The service transition will be reviewed by both parties, and at the end of the process, the customer will receive an update accordingly.
