Transfer Rights Between Service Providers

This form is intended for a customer who wishes to transfer service between authorized Priority service providers. To begin the process, we would appreciate it if you could fill in the partner and customer details in the fields provided below.

Important:

  •        For the Customers, who purchased a subscription  - service transition can be performed once in a quarter. Please notify the current service provider about the termination of service, at least 30 days in advance before the a quarter start or according to the agreement between the parties, whichever is closer to the termination date.

    ·   For the Customers, who purchesed a perpetual license - Service transition can be performed semiannually. Please notify the current service provider about the termination of service at least 60 days in advance before the start of a half-year or according to the agreement between the parties, whichever is closer to the termination date

    ·   The customer has to settle all the financial or contractual obligations with the current service provider before transitioning the service to the new provider.

Submitting this form does not constitute approval for the actual service transition.

The service transition will be reviewed by both parties, and at the end of the process, the customer will receive an update accordingly.
